Atlantis Beacon Hill Church is a thriving church on the West-coast 45km away from Cape Town.  This is one of the fastest growing churches in the region.  During 2001, Dr. Michael Adams received an honorary doctorate in Theology, and Pastor Sabrina a Masters in Ministry from Agape Theological Seminary International, Seoul, South Korea for excellent work done in Atlantis amongst his people.   They are strong community leaders with great strength in the Lord.   Both were presenters, with their own radio program “Atlantis Alive” broadcasted live from the Atlantis Beacon Hill Church.  Their word ministry is motivational and challenging.

Whilst the prolific climate of gangsterism, crime and abuse clouded the Township of Atlantis, the Beacon Hill Church responded by making a declaration to the contrary.

The attempts by Community Organizations and Political Activists to change the negative status quo in the Town did not leave much to desire.   However it is acknowledged that the Beacon Hill movement, spearheaded by Dr. Michael, impacted the nation and a fragmented society, hence the slogan of the church…  “Breaking through from bondage to excellence”
